As the last of the Oven Fresh Pizza Co. signs goes up in Northeast Ohio, franchisor George Chamoun wants the public to see more than just 21 former Little Caesar's Pizza restaurants. An expanded menu, new pizza ingredients and a new business model will be implemented by spring at each Oven Fresh location to focus more strongly on the customer, Mr. Chamoun said. After the transformation of the existing stores is complete, Mr. Chamoun said he plans to turn his attention to opening other Oven Fresh restaurants in the area.
