RALEIGH, N.C., Feb. 13 /PRNewswire/ --
High Speed Net Solutions and Summus Ltd., jointly announced today that the stockholders of Summus have voted to approve the previously announced business combination of Summus Ltd. and High Speed Net Solutions (OTC PinkSheets: HSNS). The transaction is scheduled for completion in the near future upon satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
