Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's Psychopharmacologic Drugs Advisory Committee unanimously recommended approval of an intramuscular formulation of Zyprexa(R) (olanzapine, Lilly) for the control of agitation associated with schizophrenia, bipolar mania and dementia.
