Acting Governor Donald DiFrancesco today joined 700 teens at the Liberty Science Center for a rally, sponsored by the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS), to officially launch the new youth anti-tobacco "Not For Sale" advertising campaign. DHSS staged the event to support a youth led anti-tobacco movement called New Jersey REBEL (Reaching Everyone By Exposing Lies).
