Breaking the deadlock in inter-Korean processing trade due to North Korea's decision to deny South Korean cargo ships entrance to its ports, a South Korean company is finally about to resume shipments, with one of its ships about to enter the North's port of Nampo.
On Sunday, the Omsk, a Russia-registered ship of the Kook Yang Shipping Co., Ltd., left Inchon, South Korea, and arrived at the outer harbor of Nampo, North Korea, yesterday morning. Carrying 10 containers of goods, the ship is expected to start unloading its cargo today.
