HERTFORD -- Lots of folks relax by taking a leisurely drive. Dave Stroberg relaxes by taking a leisurely flight.
When the mood strikes, and the weather is right, he goes to the two-car garage, which has become a small hangar, and off he goes into the wild blue yonder.
``I've landed in Currituck, Edenton, Ahoskie, Bertie County and on every river around here,'' said Stroberg, whose amphibious ultralight craft is at home on the water as well as in the sky.
