CHINA MERCHANTS SIGNS JV AGREEMENT WITH SHENZHEN CHIWAN
HONG KONG - China Merchants Holdings (International) has signed a joint venture contract between its wholly owned subsidiary, Market Mix Investments Limited, and Shenzhen Chiwan for the construction and development of Mawan Port in Nanshan, China.
Shenzhen Chiwan will own 51 per cent of the venture and China Merchants, 49 per cent.
