Holy Cross' reputation as the road warriors of Massachusetts took a huge hit last night at Case Gym.
Jason Grochowalski, a Shrewsbury native, scored 19 points with seven rebounds to lead Boston University to a 60-51 upset victory over Patriot League champion Holy Cross.
BU upped its record to 12-13 and prevented an America East sweep by the Crusaders. Holy Cross (20-6) had beaten Northeastern, Vermont and New Hampshire this season.
