Feb. 20--Henry County should receive some welcome news today.
Genco Distribution System, a logistics company, has selected the county as the new home of the Southeast region customer return center for Sears, Roebuck.
The center will employ about 120 people and replace a smaller facility in Atlanta. The announcement is expected today.
The jobs should ease some of the sting Henry County felt late last month when Amazon.com said it would close its distribution center in McDonough, said Bob White, executive director of the Henry County Development ...
