EXPLODING CAR BATTERIES LEAD TO LAWSUITS
NEW YORK, March 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Sears, Roebuck and Co. and the company that manufactures its Die Hard auto battery are battling plaintiffs and safety experts who say the product has caused hundreds of explosions in recent years, The National Law Journal reports in its March 6 issue.
