NetCommerce, Inc., (OTCBB:NEET) (www.neetstock.com) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, MetroplexWeb, Inc., has signed a definitive agreement to jointly develop, design, and market its web related products with Commodore Web Design, B.V., a subsidiary of Commodore Ventures, N.V., a venture capital firm located in Amsterdam, Holland.
