United PanAm Financial Corp. (Nasdaq:UPFC) today announced results for its fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2000.
For the fourth quarter of 2000, the company reported net income of $766,000, or $0.05 per diluted share, contrasted with a net loss of $3.8 million, or $0.23 per diluted share for the same period a year ago. The company also reported income from continuing operations of $766,000, or $0.05 per diluted share, compared with income from continuing operations of $959,000, or $0.06 per diluted share, for the same period a year ago.
