Feb. 21--Russ Gibson is disgusted with the folks now hawking Dale Earnhardt merchandise at hiked-up prices.
"Money hungry," he called them. "A real fan would never insult Dale's memory like that."
He has a lot of people to be mad at.
Russ Gibson boasts a 50-or-so piece Dale Earnhardt collection including a vending machine, part of a NASCAR series produced by Coca-Cola.
A search for Dale Earnhardt souvenirs on the Internet auction eBay Tuesday evening turned up about 66,000 items.
