Vestcom International, Inc. (NASDAQ:VESC), a leading provider of business communications and marketing services, today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2000.
Vestcom's revenues for the fourth quarter of 2000 increased 13% to a record level of $39.6 million, compared to $35.1 million in the fourth quarter of 1999. Pro forma operating income for the three-month period, which excludes the impact of restructuring charges in 1999 and 2000 and the sale of the Company's mail presort assets in 2000, grew 17% to $2.2 million, compared to $1.9 ...
