TEMPERATURE MONITOR/ALARM

The "m2" monitoring and alarm system has been developed for small supermarkets and convenience stores. Designed to be economical and easy to use, the wall-mount unit provides datalogging for up to 99 different points and stores data for up to one year, says the company. Alarm options (local as well as remote, via modem) provide a diagnostics tool, the company says. To comply with HACCP guidelines, the temperature records can be printed out manually or automatically at scheduled intervals, says the manufacturer.
