Feb. 26--UNSOLICITED FAXES OFFER TRICKY TRAVEL: It's not illegal to send unsolicited mail.
But it is illegal to send unsolicited faxes. Yet, companies are doing it, getting away with it and driving recipients to pull the plug on their machines.
Brice Wolford installed the capability to receive faxes on his computer via e-mail, as a technological convenience.
