IBM STRENGTHENS BUSINESS PARTNER SERVICE ROLE
FOR PERSONAL SYSTEM/2 AND PERSONAL COMPUTER CUSTOMERS
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- IBM today expanded service support to its Business Partners and their IBM Personal System/2(R) and Personal Computer customers.
The enhancements -- which include technical support and increased parts availability -- strengthen the role of IBM authorized dealers as the primary providers of service solutions for PS/2s and PCs, and expand the range of service offerings dealers may provide to their customers.
