TELEPHONE PIONEERS, PARK POLICE SPONSOR EASTER EGG HUNT

The 11th annual Easter egg hunt for visually impaired children will be held on Saturday, March 25, between 10 a.m. and noon on the Washington Monument grounds near the Sylvan Theater, Washington.

How can a visually impaired child participate in an Easter egg hunt? This has been made possible by the Telephone Pioneers of America, who designed a plastic egg containing an electronic device that gives off a beeping sound to indicate its location to the child.
