NUTLEY, N.J. -- Roche Laboratories is distributing a new medication guide in pharmacies concerning Accutane (isotretinoin), its drug for severe, recalcitrant nodular acne.
The company says it has been working with the Food and Drug Administration, pharmacists and other health care providers to inform them of a consent/patient agreement form that physicians and patients must sign before a prescription is issued.
