Feb. 28--A South Florida jury on Tuesday ordered chemical maker E.I. DuPont de Nemours & Co. to pay $12.3 million in damages to an Ecuadoran shrimp farm, after finding that runoff of DuPont fungicide Benlate and other chemicals had hurt shrimp production.
