SELIGMAN INCOME FUND TO PAY FIRST QUARTER DIVIDEND

NEW YORK, March 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Directors of Seligman Income Fund, the income mutual fund of the Seligman Group, have declared a first quarter dividend of 25 cents per share, payable March 24 to shareholders of record March 9. Shares of Seligman Income Fund will be offered "ex- dividend" on March 10, 1989.

The dividend is the Fund's 168th consecutive quarterly payment.
