Starting in March, the Florida Division of the American Cancer Society is launching its largest public awareness campaign in history to educate Floridians about colorectal cancer. This year in Florida, it is estimated that 9,400 new cases of colorectal cancer will be diagnosed and 4,000 will die of the disease, making it the second-leading cause of cancer-related death.
