Many AA-rated and AAA-rated reinsurance companies are not providing the level of service those ratings would lead buyers to expect, according to Henry Keeling, chief executive of reinsurance operations for Bermuda-headquartered XL Capital.
"We believe there is a clear need for this industry to improve the quality of its service and the products it provides," Mr. Keeling said in an interview.
