TH Lee, Putnam Capital, L.P. and Groupe Arnault S.A. today announced the formation of TH Lee Groupe Arnault Partners, a joint venture which will target private equity investment opportunities in Europe. TH Lee Groupe Arnault Partners will make investments across diverse sectors, including financial, business and information services, telecommunications/media and consumer products, among others.
