British Sky Broadcasting (BSkyB) has awarded EDS a contract to develop and implement an advanced new customer service system. The deal follows BSkyB's announcement in February 2000 that it would lead innovation in customer service by upgrading its customer contact facilities with state-of-the-art technology and processes.
