If the Cinderella story were rewritten for the 21st century, it might go this way: The princess, a modern girl from the Midwest, would get the prince, but she'd continue to work after the wedding.
In this particular tale, the prince would also do his bit to increase the family fortune. For his efforts, he would be crowned a king of Wall Street.
