MICHIGAN'S TOP CHEFS BRING HOME GOLD MEDALS
FROM WORLD CULINARY OLYMPICS
BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Michigan's 1988 Culinary Olympic Team brought home nine gold medals and two gold cloverleafs from the World Culinary Olympics, held Oct. 17 through 20 in Frankfurt, West Germany -- more gold than any other U.S. single state team.
Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded in the various food competitions, while cloverleafs were given out in the edible centerpiece division.
