Article: Santa Barbara, Calif.-Based Telecom May Be Moving Office Space.

Mar. 1--STAR Telecommunications is quickly shrinking its office space in Santa Barbara and has circulated a memo to employees declaring that it will leave town completely in two months.

At least three of its eight leased locations have been vacated in recent weeks and are on the market, real estate brokers said. STAR employees are packing boxes in other offices and the company is also selling office furniture and equipment.
