During its annual meeting at the 2000 National Frozen Food Convention, the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) selected its new officers and board of directors members. The newly elected officers to the board of directors include: AFFI chairman of the board Rick Jacobson, president and CEO of Norpac Foods, Inc.; first vice chairman Kelly W. Brown, executive vice president of Smith Frozen Foods, Inc; second vice chairman Robert Brubaker, president, CEO, and chairman of the board of King & Prince Seafood Corp.; and AFFI immediate past chairman of the board Kathleen Kelly Spear, vice president and deputy general counsel for Kraft Foods Inc.
