BC-USA, Inc., New Holland, PA, the North American specialty cheese subsidiary of France's Bongrain SA, has acquired Edelweiss Cheese Co., Marshfield, WI, for undisclosed terms. Edelweiss Cheese makes American-type cheeses including Cheddar, Colby, Monterey Jack and Colby-Jack.
