TRANSFER INTO HIGHER PAY SCALE FOR FIRST TIME

WASHINGTON, March 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Forty-four United Airlines flight attendants will leave a lower pay scale (B-scale) and merge into higher pay brackets of the A-scale as they begin their sixth year of service with the airline on Saturday, March 18.

These are the first flight attendants to merge into the higher pay scale, not only at United, but they are also the first in the industry to do so.
