SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 7 /PRNewswire/ --
In an effort to expand its product and service offerings, PacifiCare Health Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHSY), today announced the appointment of two of its executives to spearhead the company's Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) and a new Medicare Supplemental health plan. Ace M. Hodgin Jr., M.D., 44, will lead the company's PPO efforts, and Kathy Feeny, 48, will lead the company's development of a new Medicare Supplemental product. The new products will be introduced in late 2001 or 2002, according to the company.
