Feb. 5--Outlook Lanes, Pueblo's first new bowling alley since Belmont Lanes burned a decade ago, is finally under construction on the North Side.
Originally planned to open in October 1999, the nearly $3.25 million, 24-lane project was delayed by financing, according to Shirley Channel, one of the owners with Monty and Sheri Bickel.
Financing was secured from Bank of the West in Sacramento.
The lanes are located behind Lowe's, although they are part of the Outlook shopping center and can be reached from Outlook Boulevard.
