Over a third (37%) of UK business e-mail users would open an e-mail with the subject line I Love You if it appeared to come from a recognised source on 14 February (St Valentine's Day), according to a new study by IDC and MessageLabs.
The study also shows that approximately half of the users would, on any day of the year, open an e-mail appearing to be from someone they know if the subject line said Great Joke, Look at this or Re.Message. If the subject line said No title or special offer, ...
