THE building on the left is familiar to us all - it could be any NHS hospital in any town in Britain.
But what about the one on the right? A luxury hotel, perhaps? Or an upmarket health spa?
In fact, both our pictures are of hospitals - but the one on the right is healthcare German-style.
And now, at a price, you can book in there the next time you're unlucky enough to need medical care.
Because Germany has got too many hospital beds after the Government pumped a huge amount of money ...
