Savio Prep started the game in awe of North Cambridge Catholic's 7-foot center Keith Butler. They ended it by congratulating him on a great season.
The Spartans overcame a five-point deficit in the final 1:51, scoring the game's final nine points in stunning the top-seeded Panthers, 67-63, in a Division 3 North quarterfinal game yesterday.
"This was a great win over a great team," said Savio Prep coach Frank Shea. "We played a tough schedule and it really helped us (yesterday)."
