HOPKINS TO FORM CORPORATION TO MOVE RESEARCH TO MARKETPLACE
BALTIMORE, Nov. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- The trustees of the Johns Hopkins University and the Johns Hopkins Health System have approved the formation of a new company, the Triad Investors Corp., to accelerate the useful application of selected new science and technology.
Plans call for the enterprise, an affiliate of the Dome Corp., to be capitalized at a minimum of $10 million, including $8 million from a limited number of major corporate investors with an already recognized commitment to research and development.
