FCB ANNOUNCES CORPORATE MANAGEMENT CHANGES
CHICAGO, March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Foote, Cone & Belding Communications Inc. (NYSE: FCB) today announced a series of top level changes within its corporate management structure, prompted by the resignation of Abbott C. Jones, 54, president and chief operating officer of the company.
Jones has resigned his position and will not be standing for re-election to the board of directors at the company's annual shareholder meeting in May, according to the announcement from Norman W. Brown, FCB chairman/chief executive officer.
