WILLIAMS & WELLS TO GET IBS COMPUTER SYSTEM
CEDAR GROVE, N.J., March 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Williams & Wells Realty, Inc., has become the first Washington, D.C., area property management company to contract for installation of the IBS computer system, announced Robert Entin, president, Integrated Business Systems. Based in Upper Marlboro, Md., Williams & Wells specializes in the management of condominiums, homeowners associations and commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. The company, formed in late 1987, manages more than 5,000 units and uses an outside service bureau to handle automated tasks.
