HERMAN MILLER ACQUIRES MODERN FURNITURE SALES COMPANY
ZEELAND, Mich, Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Herman Miller, Inc. (NASDAQ: MLHR), today announced that it has reached an agreement with Itoki of Japan, a major Tokyo-based marketer of office furniture and systems, to give that company rights to distribute Herman Miller products in Japan.
Herman Miller also announced the purchase of Modern Furniture Sales Company, Tokyo, with whom it has had a licensing arrangement for the past 24 years.
