COMMUNICATIONS AWARD GOES TO BOULDER EARTHQUAKE EXPERT

ARLINGTON, Va., Nov. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Waverly Person of Boulder, Colo., chief of the U.S. Geological Survey's National Earthquake Information Service in Golden, Colo., was honored today with a Special Achievement Award of the National Association of Government Communicators.
