NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard & Poor's
March 7, 2001--Standard & Poor's affirmed its 'A-1' rating on the commercial paper notes of Black Forest Funding Corp. (Black Forest).
The rating action follows Black Forest's execution of a loan and security agreement pursuant to which the conduit will fund up to $100 million to a special-purpose entity for the purchase of a pool of trade receivables from a provider of bunker fuels.
