The Swift Elementary School Band, a music program started just five months ago by AT&T Broadband Greater Chicago Market and the VH1 Save The Music Foundation, will perform before state legislators on March 8, 2001 at the Illinois State Capitol. The performance takes place at the Howlett Building in the Capitol Complex and is part of the Illinois Music Educators Association's Ninth Annual Music Education Day at the Capitol.
A rally will take place at noon in the Rotunda of the State Capitol with speeches by dignitaries, VH1 Save The Music's, Laurie Schopp, AT&T ...
