Boston University President John Silber tonight will discuss the

university's proposal to manage the Chelsea school system in the annual Professor Albert S. Kahn Memorial Lecture. The lecture, entitled "The Diversity of Chelsea: A Crucible for the American Dream," will be held at 8 p.m. in the School of Law Auditorium, 765 Commonwealth Ave., Boston.
