HOUSTON, March 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Space Industries International, Inc., and Payload Systems Inc. today announced that the companies have completed a merger whereby Payload Systems has become a wholly-owned operating subsidiary of Space Industries International. A leading provider of customized science and engineering support services for manned spaceflight experiments, Payload Systems will continue under the direction of its senior management team, including co-founders Dr. Anthony Arrott, president, and Dr. Byron Lichtenberg, chief scientist.
