WORCESTER -- Navy men's basketball coach Don DeVoe has a theory as to why his Midshipmen dropped a pair of Patriot League regular-reason games to Holy Cross.
"This may be a team we just don't match up well against," said DeVoe. "They beat us solidly in both games, it's not like they were really close."
With an automatic NCAA tournament bid factored into the equation, the Crusaders (21-7, 10-2 Patriot League) will look to complete a three-game sweep of Navy (19-11, 9-3) this afternoon (ESPN, 4:30) at the Hart Center in the final of the league's postseason tournament.
