Mar. 8--KHABAROVSK, Russia--The growing friendship between Russia and China makes some people nervous, and not just in the West.
Moscow's high-tech weapon sales to China have increased. So have high-level diplomatic meetings. Both nations dish out high-pitched criticism of the West, standing together against what they deem imperialism or unfair meddling and complicating international diplomacy. Resentment of the U.S. is a tie that binds.
