DURATEK WINS CONTRACT AT CON EDISON'S INDIAN POINT 2
GREENBELT, Md., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Duratek Corporation (NASDAQ: DRTK), a 62 percent owned subsidiary of National Patent Development Corporation (AMEX, PSE: NPD), has been awarded to a two-year contract to process low-level radioactive waste water at the Indian Point 2 Power Generating Station, operated by Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc.
This contract, together with new contracts at the Omaha Public Power District, the Yankee Atomic Electric Company, the Philadelphia Electric Company, and JGC (USA), Inc. for Virginia Power, represents approximately $1,500,000 in backlog for ...
