MBIA OFFERS INSURED BOND CERTIFICATES FOR SECONDARY MARKET TRADES
WHITE PLAINS, N.Y., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Municipal Bond Investors Assurance Corporation (NYSE: MBI) is offering transferable insured bond certificates to buyers of bonds insured by MBIA in the secondary market, it was announced today by Gary P. Karvelis, vice president and group director of MBIA's secondary market group.
Available to investors at no additional cost, MBIA's insured bond certificates will be issued upon request for bonds insured by MBIA in the secondary market except for issues where immobilization is not necessary. The program is effective for all policies issued on ...
