Mar. 8--So, besides a nice clear bottle of water with a colorful reproduction of Will Rogers on its label, what's so special about bottled water?
And why are people lapping up bottled water in such increasing numbers? It all depends on whom you ask.
John Swank, who owns four water bottling plants and will begin bottling the Will Rogers Spring water in Oologah this month, said it is because people are health conscious. They want to make sure the water they are drinking is clean and safe.
